Philibert Jacquet opened his first bakery in 1880 on 92 Rue de Richelieu in Paris. In 1885, Jacquet patents the toast. He is awarded the Gold Medal at Universal. In 1959, the first Pain Jacquet Factory opened in Bezons. Today, Jacquet are innovators in packaged bread, waffles, and pancakes in Europe.
