Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing WuzaFood.com! We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of receipt and we'll do our best to make it right.

Refunds:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@wuzafood.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please provide your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your product. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us support@wuzafood.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please provide your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we believe the request is fraudulent or violates our Terms of Service.
