An organic extra virgin olive oil pressed from Ogliarola, or Bitonto olives grown in the Bari area of north eastern Puglia in southern Italy. The area around Bari in Puglia has trees that are very old dating back to almost 1000 years B.C. Franco Cuonzo and his family have been cultivating their olive trees for generations. Their organic olive oil is obtained solely by manual harvesting of the olives and cold pressing. A delicious almondy extra virgin olive oil to be used for all dishes.
