Maison Rivière’s Fig Chutney and Balsamic Vinegar is the perfect counterpoint to foie gras, and all types of cheeses, especially blue, sheep, goat and Comté. We also love it with cured duck breast. The balsamic vinegar adds a touch of sweet acidity with a sweet-and-sour flavor that enhances the flavor of the figs.
