Garrotxa (2 lb): This Catalonian goat cheese has a very creamy texture that is surrounded by a natural mold rind. It has an unusual but mild flavor with a light acidity and a hint of hazelnuts.
Julianna (15.5 oz): Capriole's Julianna is a mild, semi-hard aged goat cheese dusted with Herbes de Provence and wildflowers. Made in Indiana.
Bonne Buche (4 oz): A unique ash-covered fresh chèvre from Vermont.
